We’ve been delighted to work alongside Bob Tattrie and his team at Trebor Developments, together with funding partner Hillwood Investments , to help negotiate detailed Heads of Terms and then work alongside their legal advisors on both the subsequent Agreement to Lease and Lease negotiations. The summer was extremely busy with some 664,685 sq ft of space let in a number of significant transactions that included:
Gateway 4, Doncaster the 411,470 sq ft speculatively built distribution unit that was let to Geodis for a European wide contract. (ABOVE)
